„Hotel is well located and room was large and comfortable. The reason for the less than 5 rating is due to the spa not being included in the price, and this was not indicated on the website. Evidence was shown to the reception staff and the owner, and they were disappointingly very dismissive saying it was the fault of Hotels.com and not their problem. „The owner, Maurizio, was very friendly and went out of his way to tell us all about Como and what to do with our limited time there. We had a family room, which turned out to be 2 separate bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. There was a bathroom accessible from the hallway, but it was private for our family.
