„This was perfect property for our visit. Grandpa and grandpa, parents and 2 kids. The apartment is spacious, beautiful view. The location is perfect. Across from a park and not far from the city centre. It has a grocery store close and lots of eating places within a few blocks. The host always got back to you and was friendly and helpful.“

„The apartment is in a great location on the edge of the pedestrianized old town (Haut Ville), but faces towards a convenient transit hub for buses and trams. Despite all of that bustle, the apartment is very quiet when the balcony doors are closed. It was clean, spacious, modern, and all on one floor. We were given good information for accessing the apartment (self check-in) and how things operated. We would recommend this apartment.“

I had to contact multiple agents from hotels.com. Finally, when I was already 5 hours from my check in, I heard from them and they said the apartment was not available due to a leakage. „The check in process was stressful, because they repeatedly sent a link which did not work and I repeatedly told them so. The property is managed by a remote company probably in France. We had an issue with WiFi not working. Until we left (3 days later) it was still not fixed. The backup WiFi was very slow and almost no signal in the bedroom.In addition, the toiletry provided was very poor. The full kitchen did not even have a cutting board.Overall it was quite a disappointing experience.“
