„Les photos ne sont pas représentatives du lieu, elles l’embellissent. Lors de nos 7 premières nuits, le ménage n’avait pas été fait ( sol, cuisine ). Les odeurs étaient dérangeantes. L’espace était plus propre lors de notre 2ème séjour ( une nuit ).Le lieu est humide. La cafetière n’a pas d’anse.Trop peu de lumière dans ce lieu.“

„Siamo stati con 4 persone a Cattania in questo appartamento molto spazioso dal 9. al 15 di Aprile. Ci siamo sentiti molto commodi. Dopo la prima presentazione del luogo dalla figlia di Massimo, abbiamo passato una settimana senza problemi. C'era tutto molto commodo: Il mercato accanto, il centro a due passi e anche i ristoranti a buon prezzo nel centro. Il stazionamento della macchina (SUV) era possibile senza problemi. Insomma abbiamo passato una settimana favolosa. Era una ottima decisione di ...

„Ersteindruck von außen bei Ankunft: Ähm. Graue Häuserfront. Dann aber: Tür ging auf. Äußerst freundlicher Empfang, herrlicher Innenhof, Wohnung mit charmantem Charakter. Nur 5 Minuten fussläufig in die lebhafte Altstadt voller Kultur und Lokalen. Kurzum: herrlich!“

„倉庫扉のような入口、周りの環境は最悪、良いレストランもない。Bathシャワーの水が流れなくて洪水状態になった(当日直してくれたが)。内装自体は並みのアパート仕様で雰囲気も何もない。予約の際、表示価格以外に人数割増が加算されることが不明朗で、さらに到着後クリーニング代40ユーロ請求された(予約票をよく見ると書かれていたが)。最悪だった。hotels.comを信頼していたのによく予約確認書を確認すべきだった。長年hotels.comを利用しているがこのような宿泊場所は紹介するべきではない。“

„Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Die FeWo mit Balkon zum Innenhof liegt in zentraler Lage von Catania. Einkäufe, Restaurants, Schnellimbiss, Theaterbesuche (Bellini Theater) sind in max. 10 min. erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung Herr Fabio Desiderio war bestens.“
