„ Nous avons réservé 9 jours. Dans l’annonce il n’est pas précisé qu’il faut garer sa voiture plus bas (sur des places réservées aux résidents parfois toute occupées) et monter environ 80 marches. Monter nos affaires à 33 degrés (+ une très forte forte humidité) a été plus que sportif… La communication a d’ailleurs été très compliquée car l’hôte n’était pas présent et ne donnait plus aucune nouvelle à notre arrivée …. 3 heures (de stress) plus tard il nous envoie la vidéo de là où est caché ...

„Wir haben 1 Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Die Lage am kleinen Hafen von Nervi ist sehr idyllisch. An der Straße am Hafen sind einige Restaurants, was aber nicht negativ auffällt (Lautstärke, Geruch). Die Schlafzimmer sind nach hinten raus und entsprechend eher ruhig. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und extrem freundlich. Nervi als Ort ist eine schöne und ruhige Stadt zwischen Genua und den Cinque Terre. Es handelt ...

„Beautiful, spacious apartment with a very nice view. The first review of the apartment is completely wrong. The apartment is not dirty but actually quite clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with enough cutlery, a coffee machine, a huge fridge and freezer, and even an oven (something I’ve never had in Italy before), though unfortunately a spatula is missing.The living room offers plenty of space, with a sofa and a table for 6 people. „Location was excellent as the view was great and you could walk to several restaurants. Trying to find the key to get into the apartment was very stressful as the key was not located as described. I tried calling the property manager but he hung up on me, so I reached out via VRBO who put me in touch with someone else with the renting agency. He was not the property manager but was helpful. Parking was included but that was another headache to deal with as it was not as listed so after several ...

"Alles Bestens, wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und der Herr an der Rezeption hat gefragt wie unsere Anreise war, da wir 10 Stunden mit dem Auto unterwegs waren meinte er sofort. Das erste Zimmer was gereinigt wurde bekommen wir. Was für ein entgegenkommen denn wir waren um 07:30 Uhr da . Eine Stunde später waren wir in einem super schönen Zimmer mit Blick auf die Stadt. Alles war Bestens , das Auto kann man sicher in der Parkgarage abstellen und die Stadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war auch super. Sollten wir nochmal in Genua sein würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen . Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt "
