„Great stay!“

„We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! “

„Apartment is very nicely situated in the center of old city. Riccardo was very helpful and arranged us parking and permit. Gorgeous location. Apartment clean and pretty large for Italy. We were pleasantly surprised. Very close to all sightseeing. “

Han svarede utrolig hurtigt og imødekommende på alle henvendelser, hvilket gav en tryghed under opholdet.Desværre blev vi nødt til at forkorte vores ophold, da lejligheden simpelthen var for varm og uden aircondition eller anden form for nedkøling. „El propietario muy comunicativo. El apartamento limpio y centrico. Buen apartamento para estancias cortas. El aeropuerto 15 min. En taxi 20 euros. Habia todo lo necesario tanto en baño como en cocina.“
