„The property lost electricity - reported it early morning at 8.43am and still had no electricity 24hours later. With kids and family this was difficult - I’ve made a video and chased and chased with no comms -they asked us to turn the fuse on at the fuse box in the basement! very unhelpful. We had to locate a hotel room for one night - it was the 2nd day before we got electricity. Do not use unsafe and unhelpful“
