„My family and I (plus one happy dog) enjoyed our stay very much! We enjoyed all the amenities: hot tub, sauna, kayaks, smart tv.We relaxed, and swam, and escaped from stress. We appreciated the privacy of the backyard and while swimming, with some boats to wave to as they came by periodically. We abided by the fire ban and did not have a fire. We went into the town of Fenelon Falls 3 times for various items, lunch at Murphy’s, and shopping for antiques and treasures.I would love to return next ...

„We had an amazing family vacation at kozy, the water was perfect to swim in, we strongly recommend life jackets though. The kitchen had everything you could need and the house was very clean. we had no issues but one with the water, which we had a very quick response to and was a quick fix. we definitely recommend and hope to return to next summer. A bonus was seeing the amazing turtles right at the dock which the kids loved watching every evening. “
