„Not too far from Melbourne, but it felt like a million miles away! A great cottage, surrounded by paddocks and hills. Plentiful birdlife, which you could watch from the verandah that surrounds the house, or as you go on a casual stroll across the property. A large, extremely comfy bed. House has all the necessary modcons, but it feels like home.“

„The Bosses Settlement was a real find and surpassed our expectations from the moment we arrived. Picturesquely located in rolling countryside, cahrmingly renovated, very comfortablely furnished (esp the beds),the Settlemnet had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Apart from the house there were so many outdoor areas to relax in, verandahs on 3 sides, beautiful gardens and a fire pit area. „Despite the extremely dry landscape, this house and the surroundings really were delightful. It is a short drive to Euroa and the amazing Seven Creeks Hotel (we ate there twice) and Strathbogie and some hidden waterfalls.Everything in the house was beautifully appointed and clean. Definitely recommend a stay. We'd like to return is spring when hopefully the rain has come. “
