„This property had a major roach problem. We noticed a huge one right outside our door upon arrival. Inside, that night,we noticed many roaches on the counter top, lampshade, walls and floor and killed as many as we could. We also noticed the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the entry way of the unit. It smelled like an ashtray. I notified the owner and she did reply immediately. She said the unit was to be non smoking and that she would also contact a pest control to spray. The roaches ...

My only recommendation is an upgrade to the AC unit. It can't keep up, could not get below 76 degrees. Otherwise everything was perfect perfect.“
