„This house is as advertised. You will not be disappointed. The owner has has thought of everything...fishing rods and tackle, bikes, kayaks, beach gear, coolers, etc. The house was exceptionally clean and the kitchen has everything you need. Cant say enough good things about this place.“

„We were here for a baseball tournament at various venues and the location was great for that. Neighborhood seemed sketchy at first but wasn’t a problem. Very clean inside upon arrival. Should really be advertised as a 3 bedroom as the 4th bedroom is in a totally separate building with no bathroom and a very small bed. It was adorable though but we noticed bugs could gain entry. There was absolutely no shade outdoors at “ the beach” so we spent little to no time there. Pool was enjoyable ...

Nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood, this place checks all the boxes. Screened in pool is awesome, complete with covered sitting area, game room with activities to keep the kids or adults busy and much more. Communication with the host was easy and always received a quick response. Reasonably priced and would highly recommended staying here if you”re in the area. “

The tricky part is that the building is being actively renovated from top to bottom, so there were a number of hiccups like the Wi-Fi being redone or the security switching fobs suddenly. To the hosts' credit, they were very communicative and responsive, so none caused any huge disruption for us. Also, I expect this is a short-term concern for most. Thanks so much for our best stay in Fort Myers, bar none. “
