„This was possibly THE BEST hotel experience we have ever had. I visoted with my Dad and we decided just to have one night in Kobe. Because of this hotel, we wished it was more. The lady at the reception desk was lovely and even though she wasn't able to speak English fluently, she was extremely patient, kind and explained as much as she could using her translation device. The hotel and the room smelled amazing and looked beautiful, we had complementary drinks in the foyer, breakfast was included ...
