„There was off-street parking. Upon entry to the property it was fresh and clean. Self check-in was easy. The room was pleasant and the addition of the flowers was a nice touch. The bed and pillows were comfortable (although I usually prefer a firm mattress) The only disappointment was the en-suite. It needs a total refurbishment although was clean.“

„We were the only guests Limited staff Despite being only guests we couldn’t extend our departure We had wanted to stay until closer to midday as we were attending a midday funeral but house keeping needed to clean room for later incoming guests In the end we sat in Costa to kill time“

„Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Personal ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück war lecker, man konnte sogar aus verschiedenen Optionen wählen! Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig (Familienzimmer) und es gab alles was man braucht. Zum Bahnhof sind es wenige Minuten zu Fuß, was toll ist für einen Ausflug in die Stadt London. Ins Stadtzentrum von Brentwood läuft man in knapp 10min.“

„Lovely location. Stayed in the old part of the hotel which was a bit surprising as the pictures on the booking site didn't match the room my parents got. So, maybe update the booking form to reflect that. It wasn’t an issue for us. The room my parents got was big and nice. They enjoyed the bed and how peaceful it was. Unfortunately, the lift was out of order which was a problem as we had a very heavy suitcase to drag up the stairs. Again, we managed it. We didn't try the restaurant as we ran out ...

„All in all a good airport hotel. The windows could have been insulated a bit more, because the planes taking off were quite loud. The room was in a good and clean state. “

„I have often stayed at this hotel when travelling for business in the area and it never disappoints. The service, staff, ambience, excellent food and easy car parking, makes it a must stay. Always a genuine welcome and the pwners / staff happy to chat whilst you're there. Fantastic breakfast and a great dinner menu, congrats to the chef for thier consistent wonderful, tasty food.“

„Massive pigeon infestation, cant leave the window open because they will fly in. The hot water finished after 10 minutes in the morning, so no shower in the morning, only one person. You need to climb 50 stairs to reach the apartment, the elevator is broken. Only a 1/2 roll used toliet paper, no rug to step out of the shower, used a towel instead. “

„Beautifully presented, stylish property and very comfortable. Nicely situated on the High Street for all local pubs and restaurants. Check in and checkout were super easy. Hughly recommended for a stay in Maldon.“
