„I've had a pleasant time at the Bay Hotel (or actually Custom House Hotel) in Greenock. service was very good and super friendly. Unfortunately coffee machine and lift were broken, where the coffee machine hurt more than the lift. But the service was so lovely that I couldn't really be angry about this unfortunate incident. Other than that, the first floor looks a bit worn in the hallway - it generally looks a bit worn out, but considering the prize, one doesn't expect a luxury accommodation. I ...

Mary and Lorna (forgive me if I didn’t remember her name correctly) made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I had the incredible opportunity to attend their Murder Mystery Dinner and no detail was left untouched- the food, the company, the service and overall experience was a 12/10. Cannot wait to book a trip back to stay here again! “
