"Das Haus mit seinen ganzen Annehmlichkeiten ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich. Innen-und Aussenpool, Sauna, Fitnessgeräte, alles top. Der Zustand bei Übernahme war hervorragend. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir buchen öfter Ferienwohnungen oder Ferienhäuser, so ein perfektes Haus hatten wir noch nie. Nochmals vielen Dank !"

"Madsen made every effort to ensure we had a great stay. His place was clean and well stocked, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. Outdoor patio was a great place to enjoy the nights. He was very detailed and his guest welcome book was full of valuable information for not just Octoberfest but also the surrounding area. With easy access to public transit, would absolutely stay here again!"

"Had issue with lower bathroom shower drain no draining. So everyone had to share a shower. House was clean and convenient as advertised. Nice common area with large tv. Needed to check in early and was accommodated. Great stay."

"Our four-night stay in this unique property was most enjoyable. Its location afforded us easy day trips and a short drive to the Munich airport. Each of the bedrooms is on a separate floor with the third bedroom with twin beds in the loft. This proved a bit tricky for us as we are not as agile as we once were. "We really enjoyed our stay here. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The three bedrooms worked very well for our family of 5 (kids aged 12, 14, 18). It was very nice to have a patio and yard to enjoy as well as the full kitchen. The house is close to grocery shopping and bus/trains. The hosts were kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again."

"This is our fifth time in Schliersee, our first staying here. It definitely won’t be our last. Apparently super clean, ideal position with a wonderful view over the mountains. Well equipped kitchen and loads of room. Lovely hosts who stay in touch prior to and during your stay. I would definitely recommend anyone who hasn’t stayed here to think about it. We won’t be staying in a hotel again. I could go on however less is more."

"The house was great and as described. The location to the train station and City wasn't the best. Maybe because of the Oktoberfest in Munich, but getting a Taxi or an Uber was nearly impossible. I will recommend it to family and friends."

"No idea why this property has such bad reviews, I thought it was great! The only thing I didn’t really like was the mirror/window in the room which meant you could see into the bathroom from the bedroom - maybe not ideal if you’re not travelling with a partner and are travelling on business! Other than that it’s a lovely hotel, very modern with a really nice bar in the lobby. I will definitely be back if I visit Munich again. "
