The Space:
For a quiet and luxurious escape in a natural setting enhanced by proximity to a sandy beach, Idania will not disappoint. This stand-alone two-storey villa just outside the popular resort of Ayia Napa, 50km from Larnaca Airport, can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in 3 ensuite bedrooms, offering you over 200 square metres of covered living area.

Apart from the beautiful contemporary interior design, tasteful finish, and stylish furniture and lighting, comfort features include heating and cooling for just the right temperature all year round, a fully equipped kitchen for your own cooking or to entertain family and friends, as well as satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet access.

Step outside and you can enjoy the best of Mediterranean living: a private pool with jacuzzi section, quality loungers and umbrellas to soak up the sun or relax in the shade. Since no summer is complete without a BBQ in the garden, a special BBQ area is also provided. And while the meat is sizzling, you can either enjoy a beer around the pool or have your aperitif on the roof terrace with an amazing sea view.

After a day on the beach just outside, the evening entertainment of Ayia Napa is only 2km away. For nature lovers and on cooler days, the rugged beauty of Cape Greco is nearby and definitely deserves a visit.

The rate includes A/C, safe box, fridge, dishes and silverware, satellite TV, hairdryer, bath towels, beach towels, bath amenities, Wi-Fi Internet access (free of charge in public areas and in the rooms) and all legal taxes.

Check In/Out Policy
Check in time: 16:00, Check out time: 11:00. Early Check In / Late Check Out subjects to availability and is charged at 100% of the applicable night rate. Guests may check in to our reception office and can be escorted to the rented property or directly to the rented property.

Electricity Allowance Policy
Electricity Allowance calculation is 80kw/day for the villas <200sqm and 150kw/day for the villas 200sqm>. Extra Electricity Usage will be charged 0.28EUR/kwh. Calculation is for the whole duration of stay

Payment policy
30% of the total reservation amount to be charged upon booking creation (non refundable). The remaining 70% to be charged 30 days prior arrival (non refundable).

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is not available for this rate.

The 30% of the total price is charged if the reservation is cancelled at least 29 days prior the arrival. If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior the arrival or less or no show then 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Booking terms & conditions
Meals: Meals (Min: 4 pax) be delivered in a buffet style at the villa (Breakfast: 08:00-09:30, Lunch: 13:00-14:30, Dinner: 19:00-20:30). Delivery times indicated may slightly vary.
