It is conveniently located - a short walk, 5 minutes app. brings you to the Bear Parking Lot from where a shuttlebus is frequently circulating to the chairlift of „Beaverlanding“ and to Beaver creek Village. „This house is huge! Plenty of room for our family get together (10 adults and 5 kids). The house is a little compartmentalized, but has a nice cozy kitchen (where we spent most of the time socializing) and a HUGE dining table where we had dinner when some friends and their kids came over. We went during ski season, and the Beaver Creek shuttle comes right to the base of the driveway-very simple (just need to download the app and enter the pick up and drop off-it was super convenient). „Fantastic location for skiing. About 50 yard walk to slopes. There is groomed path behind home to ski back to doorstep! Very clean and modern. Easy to use thermostat, TV's , coffee maker, all appliances working . Plenty of hot water for our party of 8. Tons of space for all including our dogs! „First, this is a nice house with a nice layout of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The mattresses were comfortable. The condo was clean. However, we had some issues with check-in and housekeeping that we didn’t expect given the rental fee and cleaning charge. Three of beds were not made when we arrived. „We've been to Beaver Creek every year since the Hyatt opened in 1990. If you care about luxury ski in ski out access to the best first tracks on the mountain, this is the best place to stay. Beth's house is great, and within the Village Walk development it has the best location. It's less big/luxurious as the 5 bedroom units, but those are now astronomically priced and very few are for rent anymore. The host and property manager are both extremely responsive and accommodating“

„This location and the home is perfect for families with kids. You can easily walk into the shops and restaurants in Beaver Creek. Ski-in/ski-out was ok as there was very little slope to the trail behind the home. We typically just walked to the lift as it was very close. Overall, we loved the home and will plan to return.“
