"Wir mussten für Kaution eine Kreditkarte hinterlegen und es hat aus unerklärlichen Gründen nicht geklappt, nach einer Zeit klappe es doch das zweite Zimmer hat garnicht geklappt. Wir haben angeboten Bar Zahlung, könnte sich vielfach sein aber nein man hat nur auf die eine Möglichkeit gepocht, mit Glück haben wir eine andere Karte gehabt wo es dann gibt. Also sorry nie wieder diese Hotel Kette."
