„Lovely cottage not far from the beach. Great central living area for the family to gather. Well stocked kitchen. Screened in porch is great for staying shaded and away from the bugs. The walk to the ocean is not far, but the very tall and steep sand dune is challenging for older and not as physically capable people. Food Lion is right down the road and there are a good number of nearby restaurants. I would stay here again if looking in the Avon area.“

„This house is the perfect place for a week in OBX! Extended family came together and had plenty of room to spread out to have our own space, and more than enough room in the main living and dining areas also! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking for a large crowd, beds are very comfortable, and the elevator is perfect, especially for getting luggage in and out. The view of the beach was wonderful!
