„This was the first time we stayed in Avon versus Duck or Corolla. We will never go back north! Avon was great! The home is a quick 7 minute walk to the Avon Pier and beach. There are restaurants and shops in walking distance of the house. There is even a farmer's market during the summer on Tuesdays - right near the house. The house itself is very new - and very clean. „My friends and I visited the area for Kitesurfing. The Green Room is a short driving distance to most of the best kite spots and very close to Food Lion. We made good use of the kitchen, which was well stocked with basic ingredients and good equipment. Communication with Kevin was great and he even made a business meeting after check out time possible by letting my friend use his office space. We would definitely stay again!“

The only negative thing was that the condo had a bit of a musty odor to it. “
