„Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist toll. Doch der aktuelle Zustand des Anwesens ist nicht mit den Fotos in der Anzeige vergleichbar. Vor Allem die Außenanlagen waren sehr ungepflegt.Die Übergabe des Objektes fand praktisch nicht statt. Der Schlüssel steckte im Schloss - Anwesenheit des Vermieters bzw. schriftliche Instruktionen - Fehlanzeige!!! Die Ausstattung der Küche war mangelhaft. Auf Reklamationen (abgebrochener Duschkopf, aus dem Leim gehende Stühle, Defekte Klimaanlage) wurde gar nicht bzw. ...

„Very nice place. Clean and quiet. Space and comfortable. Parking for car available. See a front of the house. Beautiful view. Not much of loud tourist around. Very safe place and most important no garbage around as in another places in Sicily. A lot of possibilities to visit great historical places around. Nice restaurants in Avola and places nearby. But car is the must. Salvatore and Angelawho is owning the place are best ever we met. What makes this place unique are the owners“

„Ein wunderschöner Urlaub, großzügiges Haus, riesiges Grundstück, toller Pool und Tennisplatz. Fußläufiger kleiner Strand, tolle Anbindung an Syrakus, Noto, Cava Grande etc. Platz für Erholung und Action. Bei Ankuft und zwischenzeitlich gab es immer wieder leckere Überraschungen des Besitzers. Sehr empfehlenswert!“

„Great property in the heart of town! Would recommend to family and friends. We did have trouble getting in and couldn't contact the owners but after some time managed to get in (the issue was an internet issue making it difficult for us to log on to get the code for keys). It was clean and tidy. “

„Was there for 5 nights in October. Still very warm, air worked great. Spacious and tasteful decor. While I don’t cook while in Italy, there were dishes, fridge and counter/chairs for snacks, wine and contemplation … Can I live here forever? Because of gated courtyard, it was quiet and I felt like a local. Lovely neighbor who I would see around town. Seriously loved every moment 🍷❤️🇮🇹“

„My group consisted of myself and my two adult daughters. We loved staying in this house. The location is perfect, very central to everything in Ortigia. The beds were comfortable and the AC was top notch. The only thing that this rental is lacking is a general area to be together, unless you want to sit at the kitchen table. But it’s still 5 stars for us!“
