„Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. „Clean and quiet. Only issue was the breakfast area opened late both days. May not seem like much but there were quite a few workers who rely on that to be open at a specific time in order to get to work on time. Also, they woul ld not give me a paper reciept, which I need for work. The said this was because I booked through Expedia, makes no sense. Every other hotel always has.“
