„I have seen better equipped hostels than this 4 star hotel. There were no tooth brushes, no tooth paste, no shampoo nor conditioner offered. There was also no bathtub despite getting one of the pricier rooms. The spring mattresses seem quite old, the pillows were comfortable though. The air conditioning was not working well either.
