„Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 “

„Beautiful house just as pictured, easy check in with great communication with the owner. Centrally located right on the ATV trails. May want to bring extra towels and washcloths as there was no wash clothes and only 1 towel per person for our 3 night stay. But that didn’t stop us from enjoying this beautiful house and property, will definitely stay again! “

„A buddy and I needed a place to stay for a weekend of mountain biking with a big group of friends. The location is perfect. Maybe ten minutes from Darling Hill where everyone meets to ride and less than ten minutes from town. There is a trail head on the same dirt road that the property is on, but we didn’t have the opportunity to check that trail out. The house is perfectly set up for a couple of mountain bikers. „The home was perfect for our family for a long winter weekend. The wall to wall windows on the front of the house brought lots of light and were perfect for watching the snow fall. The gas fireplace stove was so nice for relaxing next to as it was very cold and snowy outside. Part of the family skied at Jay Peak for a day, and it was a perfect location to do that but also be close to extended family in the Newport area. „House is as advertised and we had an awesome time on the kayaks and paddle boards on the lake. They were super easy for kids to maneuver and the lake is easy to navigate. The view is gorgeous from the porch - an amazing place to see sunrise and sunset. We made smores by the fire pit and there were plenty of comfortable beds to sleep many. There’s only one pub nearby so we cooked most nights, kitchen is dated but works and you hand wash your dishes. A wonderful way to spend a long weekend!“
