"Hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal in allen Servicebereichen. Sauberes Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück.Hervorragend angebunden an Flughafenbus und ÖPNV. Das Bahnhofsviertel zeigt teilweise starke soziale Gegensätze. Es gab allerdings nie ein Gefühl von Unsicherheit. "

"Es ist wirklich ein sehr gutes Hotel. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Anlage ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist für Italien sehr umfangreich. Das Personal kümmert sich um alles. Klasse ist auch der Shuttle Dienst des Hotels. Die Ausflüge nach Neapel, an die Amalfi-Küste, zum Vesuv und nach Pompeji waren alle gut und schnell mit dem Mietwagen erreichbar. Lediglich die höheren Getränkepreise sollten überdacht werden. Da nutzt man lieber den Hotelkühlschrank. Super war auch der Hotel Pool und das nahe Meer, verbunden mit dem herrlichen Meerblick. "
