Our vacation home is a jewel amidst the bustle of a 21st century lifestyle. With 180 degree ocean views and the waves gently splashing against the beach, it is a soothing adventure. Your stay includes use of our golf cart and the Hamilton Cove community's amenities: pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court and volleyball, with built-in barbecues and picnic tables. Some restrictions may apply.

We are pleased to offer a Mediterranean style vacation villa on Catalina Island at the prestigious Hamilton Cove Luxury Resort, just north of Avalon on the quiet side of the headland. The villa is in the most desirable location: a true end unit, not sandwiched between other units, with nature to the north and only one neighboring unit to the south. You have ocean and nature views, and a fireplace for cozy evenings overlooking the ocean. Newly installed bamboo flooring adds an island touch of luxury, along with a designer couch that folds out into a very comfortable queen size bed and a designer leather chair with ottoman. The villa offers spacious, airy indoor-outdoor living, with three sets of double doors opening onto a gorgeous balcony with breathtaking views. Most one-bedroom units don't have the extra office/den with its additional set of double doors.

Sleeping: a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room, for up to 4 guests.

Getting around: a golf cart is included with the stay, making it easy to explore the island and get into Avalon for dining and excursions, a short ride away. The villa is steps from Hamilton Beach. Please note there are about 55 stairs to the villa, so pack light.

Occupants are subject to Hamilton Cove HOA rules. Hamilton Cove is a gated community and security checks arriving guests against a guest list, which must reach the gate 24 hours before arrival.

Please note: due to allergies we cannot accept pets or service animals in our home, thank you. Hamilton Cove HOA also does not allow any pets or animals to be brought to Hamilton Cove.
