Das Essen im Hotel war köstlich und das Personal sehr freundlich. Nur beim Check In mussten wir länger warten - das war nicht so gut. Aber ansonsten klare Empfehlung!“

I did call the front desk and they seemed to take care of what I later found out was a domestic dispute… but unfortunately that completely ruined my one “peaceful” night away from my kids, and we were not offered any discount or anything other than a “sorry about that”“
