Cocoonr agency offers this charming 35 m² flat with mountain views and shared swimming pool for rent in Autrans. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 16 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).

The accommodation comprises
- A 16 m² living room with TV and pull-out sofa (sleeps 2)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with two single beds joined to form a double bed
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A private balcony of 7 m² to enjoy the fine weather.

Communal area:
- Shared heated outdoor swimming pool (7m x 14m, depth 0.65 to 1.25 m), open from 25 May until the end of September.
- Fitness room open from 1 February to 19 April and from 25 May to the end of September, according to reception opening hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, 9am to 12pm and 5pm to 7pm; Tuesday, 9am to 12pm; Saturday, 8am to 11am and 3pm to 7pm.

Opening dates and times are non-contractual and may be changed by the residence.

The flat is ideally located in Autrans, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Speed Luge vercors, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, canyoning, climbing, via ferrata, paragliding, caving.
- Dog sledding, tree climbing.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.

- Nearest airport: Grenoble Alpes Isère Airport, about 1 hour by car

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- The residence has a coin-operated laundry available 24 hours a day.
- Only one pet is allowed for a supplement of €15/stay, please specify this when booking.
- You are responsible for cleaning at the end of your stay (sanitary facilities included) or (or an additional charge can be paid to our service provider on site). If cleaning is not carried out, the deposit will be retained.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
