When it’s time for sweet dreams, both bedrooms await with queen-size beds and high-quality linens for a restful sleep. Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) 8 miles | 13 km away. We recommend getting around by car. There‘s free covered parking for one vehicle and also free street parking. You can also use Uber and Lyft in Austin.
Travis Heights is a wonderful residential neighborhood filled with unique upscale homes, a beautiful park and a natural springs pool that is free for visitors. The neighborhood is next to the South Congress area, Lady Bird Lake and a seven minute drive to downtown Austin.
Other Things to Note:
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and some garbage bags. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.
Pack-n-Play travel crib (with sheets) & high chair are available upon request with a minimal fee.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years old or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and no excessive noise, especially between 10:00 pm and 7 am, will be tolerated. Please respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Pet-friendly with prior authorization at booking, a signed pet agreement, and a pet fee of $25 per night. Pet fee is requested after booking is confirmed. Two pets max with a combined weight of 60 lbs. A pet fee is requested once the booking is confirmed.
- We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture to keep things fresh for everyone. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive pet hair is found.

The property was very pet friendly and the location was perfect - quiet and accessible. The beds are very comfortable - some of the most comfortable we’ve found and the natural lighting in the main area was great. We are seasoned VRBO visitors and remote-based workers so look for homes that support working and cooking from home. The listing indicates desks (plural), which is one of the reasons why we chose it, but in fact only has one. The kitchen has nice space, but needs to have a few things restocked, repaired, or replaced. We ordered an inexpensive set of skillets to use while there as those onsite are what appear to be old and very scratched up nonstick. The kitchen range hood is not functioning (lights or vents) which limits what can be cooked. The faucet on the kitchen sink had a leak on the spray handle which creates quite a mess when using. When we arrived, the home had been cleaned, but several things were missed. The owner and property manager were very responsive and had a cleaning crew out on a Sunday which we very much appreciated and is why I rated cleanliness a 3 and not a 2. Overall, I’d say this home is a nice “quick weekend trip” home, but not set up for those who are looking for a longer term stay that allows for WFH and cooking most meals.

Location was PERFECT! My son is at St Edward’s and the location couldn’t have been better. Lots of restaurants and things walking distance. Place was spotless and every amenity was thought of. Covered parking as well. Just a great place!!!! They even had a little book of recommendations for literally everything.

Very clean!! And it was so nice to have the conveniences of a home. Having your own kitchen and having your own washer and dryer made it much easier for the trip we were there for. Very quite and comfortable. It was a very pretty neighborhood. Love the big picture window in the living room! Our yorkie loved it too!

Loved the property and location!! Only issues was the temperature of the water in the house. It is set way too high and could potentially scald someone if they were not careful. I would recommend the owner lowering it to avoid any future issues. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would recommend!!

Great location
Great small soco house in a nice neighborhood. Walked every evening and felt safe. One note, that I did not see in the listing, is this shares a back wall with another property. More of a condo than a house. The car port is split between unit A and Unit B. We did not have any issues and enjoyed our stay.

This property is perfect.
It is our first visit to Austin and my family was so happy that we stayed at one of Lodgewell properties. This place is very clean, spacious, and well equipped. It is centrally located to pretty much everything. Our initial booking took a tad longer than expected as Lodgewell was asking for copy of ID & bank statement etc. In the end, all went well because of the excellent communication from management. A little tip for future visitors to this property that I wish Lodgewell had informed us..... the driveway is very steep and if you are not driving a truck/SUV, make sure you go up the driveway at an angle . We learnt it the hard way, after our car bottom scraped the driveway with the most horrific squeaking scream. Overall, this property is PERFECT!!!

My wife, daughter and I planned a spontaneous trip to the Austin area and decided to stay here while on the road! Lodgewell staff were very communicative and quick responding to help us out. Home was nice and clean and in a great area that was convenient to most places. Parking was a bit tight under the carport for our smaller SUV but that was only issue. Modern Space in Austin Neighborhood
The space was modern, spacious and clean. Good size bathroom. Bedrooms were roomy. Main BR had desk great for working remotely.
Kitchen had all the things you need for cooking. We didn’t cook but it was stocked with pots, pans, Utensils , chopping boards, knives, wine opener, wine glasses, coffee maker, microwave, full-size fridge, stove.
Neighborhood was great. 3 min drive to SoCo. 5-7 mins downtown, less than 10 other neighborhoods.
Area is a hit hilly and windy, so pay attention as there lots of guard rails on road.
Dani was responsive and helpful. We had completely privacy while there.

Awesome stay in Austin
House was perfect! Everything was very clean and well organized. The location was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Short walk to South Congress and downtown. We walked or biked everywhere. All the neighbors were so friendly. Dani is super responsive. When in Austin in the future we will be sure to stay here.
