The primary bedroom has a king bed; bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults in real beds, up to 12 total. Every bedroom has blackout shades, and the layout gives each guest a quiet place to land at the end of the day.
The home is set up for working trips and longer stays. You'll find a dedicated workspace with a real desk and ergonomic chair, fast Wi-Fi (100+ Mbps), a full kitchen with dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony. Free parking is included on site.

Our focus is the home itself. We personally inspect linens, kitchen, and bathrooms before every check-in, and we respond fast if anything needs attention during your stay — typically within minutes during the day, within an hour overnight. The community also has a pool, gym, and sport courts that guests are welcome to use.

The location is hard to beat — 10 minutes to UT campus, 10 minutes to downtown Austin, 12 minutes to Austin-Bergstrom Airport, and 15 minutes to South Congress. The complex itself is quiet and residential.
