Unit B is located at the back of the property and is accessed via the rear alley. The unit is on the second floor and requires climbing approximately 10 steps.

✔ The downstairs yard and patio are reserved for a long-term resident and are not accessible to guests (except for laundry and trash use)

✔ Please respect shared spaces and follow access instructions for a smooth stay

✔ A small favor—if staying longer, watering the patio plant once a week is appreciated



Please Note: To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, all confirmed guests are required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. 300$ security deposit will be kept on hold and will be released after 7 days if no damages are reported.



No smoking, weed, or vaping of any form is allowed at our home. Even if smoking occurs outside, guests will be charged and reported to platform if any smoke smell is found inside the property after checkout.



Pet Policy: Planning to bring a pet? Please add your pet to the reservation or notify us before arrival. The applicable pet fee will be added to your booking.



Same-day bookings: Check-in may be delayed while the home is prepared. Please confirm your arrival time with us before booking.



Seasonal Landscaping Note: Please note that outdoor landscaping, grass, and plants may naturally change in appearance depending on the season, especially during peak Texas summer heat. Drought conditions and local water-use restrictions may also limit watering, so lawns and landscaping may appear drier or less green than pictured.
