Our home is a short 15 minutes from downtown Austin and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.

The house features an oversized fenced and gated backyard including:
- Gas fire pit with seating area
- Patio dining area
- BBQ grill

The kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen island, and everything you need to cook.

Bedrooms have queen beds with high quality linens, smart TVs with Netflix/HBO/Hulu/Disney, and room darkening shades for a restful sleep.

The upstairs area has a dedicated office space.

The two car garage is furnished with a washer/dryer.

The house contains central air conditioning (AC) and heating, ceiling fans and a cozy fireplace.

Guests will have access to the entire space.

Guests are required to verify their identity with our third-party provider before check-in. To provide our guests and properties with extra protection, guests agree to pay a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Southwest Oaks was built in the early 1980s with many of the homes being recently remodeled. Southwest Oaks homes are a bit bigger than homes built during that timeframe making this an ideal choice for someone looking for an established neighborhood but who needs a bit more space. Within a few blocks, at the bottom of Manassas street, there is the Grand Oaks Loop nature trail that has a creek and wooded area.

Southwest Oaks is a very walkable neighborhood with ample parking on the street in addition to the onsite parking included.

Professional cleaning and landscaping service will be scheduled every two weeks on an agreed upon date if staying for an extended period.
Quiet time from 8pm to 8am. This is a quiet residential community.
Pets must be approved by host before booking. Please share the breed, age, and size of animal(s) in the inquiry prior to approval.
