The Space:

Soft morning light filters through wide windows as the apartment awakens, and the city hums just beyond the quiet residential street. You sip coffee at the breakfast nook, feeling the space open around you, then step onto the private balcony for a breath of fresh air before heading out to explore Austin. After a day of music, parks, and downtown sights, you return to a home that feels both spacious and snug, ready for you to unwind on the sofa or in one of the four comfortable bedrooms.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms provide rest and privacy for up to eleven guests. Three rooms feature queen-size beds, while the king bedroom includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. The living‑room sofa converts into a queen-size sleeper, and there is room for a queen air mattress. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are supplied.



Living space & work

The open‑concept living area flows into the kitchen, creating a natural gathering spot. A flat‑screen TV invites you to catch a show, and a dedicated workspace with fast Wi‑Fi offers a quiet place for remote work. An in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen supports everyday cooking, from a quick breakfast to a relaxed dinner. A breakfast nook with seating for four keeps meals casual and connected to the living area.



Bathrooms & laundry

Four full bathrooms mean mornings run smoothly even with a large group. Each bathroom includes bathroom essentials, towels, and hot water.

Step onto the private balcony or patio for a quiet outdoor moment. Shared amenities, open year‑round, include a pool, hot tub, and a nearby gym. Additional shared outdoor spaces feature a playground, green area, outdoor dining spot, and a BBQ grill.

Nestled in East Riverside, the residence sits in a peaceful, residential setting just minutes from downtown Austin, the University of Texas, Zilker Park, and Barton Creek Greenbelt. Live music venues, restaurants, and nightlife are close, yet the apartment remains removed from the constant city noise.



Good to know

The property is pet‑friendly, and free parking is available on the premises and on the street. Exterior security cameras and a noise detector help maintain a comfortable environment. The host is not responsible for third‑party amenities such as the pool or gym and cannot offer refunds if they close unexpectedly.

The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:

The Riverside area is near downtown, the University of Texas, local community college, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on Riverside you'll find it to be very residential, quiet, and peaceful.



Staying in this place will show you that you are super close to everything without being in the hectic Downtown Austin area. You are a short Uber/Lyft away from a time of your life without having the extra noise to keep you awake at night.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is private off the main road and has plenty of parking. It is on a first come first serve basis. You are very close to the main highway to get around and close to local shops/restaurants for a quick or nice bite to eat.



Other Things to Note:

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.
