Policies & House Rules:

- Non-smoking residence; Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, but you may smoke outside.

- No more than 2 small dogs allowed (45lbs), with non-refundable pet fee, to be applied after confirmed booking. NO CATS, NO PUPPIES. Pets must be picked up after and must be crated if left alone.

- No Open Flames inside the home

- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve home
