Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Holly House is a condotel in East Austin with 15 units. Some units have a balcony. There are two floors. I stayed upstairs in a loft-like unit with one bed, one bath. It looks new. The unit was well-appointed, but the customer service is really lacking.
They sent me many messages but didn’t respond to any of my messages. Also, there is a major construction project going on right next to Holly House, so it will be noisy there during the day.
When I found the building, I saw a keypad, but it wouldn’t turn on (or I didn’t know how to turn it on). It was a blank screen. I called the phone number they provided for assistance. The woman who answered said she was new. She not only wasn’t helpful, but she told me that she couldn’t find my reservation. After I figured out how to activate the keypad, she said she found my reservation. I didn’t have hot water in the unit, so I texted the phone number they gave me and no one ever got back to me. The water coming out of the hot water faucet was the same temperature as the water coming out of the cold water faucet.
