This 5BR luxury property opens into a large front living room equipped with a 55" TV and comfortable furnishings - well suited for entertaining! Just off of the living room is a chef's kitchen with modern appliances and a dining area with seating for 8. Past the kitchen is another formal dining room with seating for 8, as well as a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.



PRIMARY SUITE: A hallway off of the formal dining room leads to the stairs and Master suite - the crown jewel of this property! The Master suite features a King size bed and french doors leading to the backyard/outdoor amenities. The Master Bath is fitted with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower so you can unwind after an adventure around town. The large walk-in closet of the Master suite is fitted with a twin size trundle bed which sleeps 2.



GUEST BEDROOMS: A hallway off of the front living room leads to Bedrooms 2 and 3, each fitted with a Queen size bed, and a guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination. At the end of the hall, Bedroom 4 boasts a King size bed and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, you'll find a luxurious second living area flooded with natural light and fitted with a 55" flat screen TV, comfortable seating, a mini bar and a small mirrored workout area. There are 3 different seating areas upstairs including a queen sofa sleeper. Bedroom 5 is also located on this floor and features a queen size bed and full size bathroom. A large deck can be found through the double doors and is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy a good book under the large umbrella. The deck overlooks the backyard and sparkling pool and has a staircase which provides easy access to the all of the outdoor amenities. Another quick flight up the stairs from the second floor leads to the "Bird's Nest" - a peaceful spot on the third floor of this home offering additional privacy and gorgeous views of Austin. 



OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Guests looking to enjoy the Texas weather will love splashing around in the sparkling swimming pool, firing up the BBQ grill, and roasting marshmallows over the fire pit under the large deck. The backyard is also home to family-friendly games like a regulation horse shoe pit and bag toss boards.

POOL HEAT FEE: The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for $200/day (plus tax). Please provide 24 hours notice if you'd like to heat the pool.



PLEASE NOTE: Disruptive party groups are not permitted. This property is best suited for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance). There is limited parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted per the HOA and your cars will be towed. Please also drive slowly as there are many children, as well as deer, in the area. No wood burning fires. Please use the propane fire pit provided. Fireplaces are for decoration only and not for use. This property is monitored by security cameras on the exterior of the home only.



The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and the rules above are strictly enforced. Carefully consider these prior to booking.
