✦ Primary Suite (Unit A): Retreat to the downstairs primary suite with a queen bed, light wood and upholstered platform headboard, and brass sconces glowing beneath Austin skyline art. The en-suite bath features a double vanity and a glass walk-in rainfall shower, plus a walk-in closet for easy unpacking.

✦ Upstairs Bedrooms (Unit A): Three more queen bedrooms upstairs each open to a private Juliet balcony with leafy tree views, and each has its own personality — a vaulted-ceiling green room, a botanical palm-print retreat, and a floral wallpaper room with a rattan bed. One even has its own en-suite bath.

✦ Casita Bedrooms (Unit B): The rear casita offers two more queen bedrooms with dark upholstered platform frames, high ceilings, and generous closet space — one brightened by playful bird-themed art and leafy window views.

✦ Bathrooms: Four bathrooms serve the compound. Unit A`s primary en-suite pairs a gray-shaker double vanity with a glass walk-in rainfall shower and built-in tile bench, while its two additional full baths feature white subway tile with eye-catching teal and abalone glass mosaic accents. Unit B rounds it out with a full bath and a playful half bath featuring a bold yellow ornate mirror and blue-green mosaic tile.

2. Quiet hours after 10 PM (city ordinance).
3. No parties or events allowed.
4. Minimum booking age is 25.
5. The cleaning fee covers preparation before your arrival. Excessive cleaning required after checkout may result in an additional fee based on time needed. Guests are expected to dispose of trash and return items to their original locations.
6. Check-out is at 11 AM. Departures after this time without prior approval will incur a full additional night’s charge.
7. A digital House Manual will be emailed to you a few days before your stay. It includes check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, appliance info, and more.
8. No pets allowed.
9. Maximum occupancy is 14 guests.
