Whether for a Lake Retreat, a Romantic Getaway, a Family Vacation, or an Austin City Limits, Formula 1 or SXSW visit to this great city, this vacation home will exceed your expectations. The home is located on picturesque Lake Austin and just a 20 minute drive to downtown Austin. Ski Shores restaurant is a short walk away.

Per the city of Austin short term rental ordinance the following rules apply to every vacation rental within city limits, with no exceptions: 1) Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM, 2) Parties and events are not permitted, 3) Occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adults.

House Rules: Please note additional fees will be billed accordingly if house rules are not followed. Please ensure an accurate guest count when booking to avoid additional fees. Additionally you may be asked to leave the property if noise complaints are received.

I ask that no one except those on the Airbnb guest list are allowed in the home and NO parties allowed, including bachelor & bachelorette. . I do have neighbors and this is my full time home so I just ask that you treat it as if it were your own.

Boat dock and inlet is off limits to all boats, absolutely no tying up. Please feel free to use for swimming at your own risk.

No pets or guests allowed during your stay. No Smoking of ANY kind in the house or on the deck, patio or boat dock. No glitter or confetti.
