Driveway for 1 car, plus free street parking out front for a second car. No permits needed. Level 1 EV charger. Self check-in with a smart lock.

Please note: To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we ask all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement after booking. A $300 security deposit hold will be placed and automatically released 7 days after checkout if no damages are reported.



No smoking, weed, or vaping of any form is allowed at our home. Even if smoking occurs outside, guests will be charged if any smoke smell is found inside the property after checkout.



Pet Policy: Planning to bring a pet? Please add your pet to the reservation or notify us before arrival. The applicable pet fee will be added to your booking.



Same-day bookings: Check-in may be delayed while the home is prepared. Please confirm your arrival time with us before booking.



Seasonal Note: During the fall months, Austin trees shed their leaves quickly — part of the local charm! We do our best to keep Pool, patios and walkways clear, but a few leaves may greet you now and then. Thanks for embracing the season with us!

We do our best to maintain all outdoor areas and appreciate your understanding as we embrace the seasons and conserve water!
