Welcome to our brand-new modern designer home in South Congress. We call it Regent SoCo! You'll be within easy reach of downtown, restaurants, coffee shops, live music, shopping, and everything that makes Austin such a fun place to visit.



This is a completely private 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home designed for groups of up to 8 guests. Everything is new, from the construction and finishes to the furnishings, mattresses, kitchen, and entertainment setup.



We wanted this to feel less like a typical rental and more like a home you’re genuinely excited to come back to after a day in Austin.
