You'll love the cool mid-century vibe and comfort of this spacious 3 bed 2 bath home. Located in Windsor Park just 1 mile to family-friendly Mueller and Dell Children's, 10 mins to UT & 15 mins to Downtown, Rainey & 6th St. Delight in the comforts of a home away from home as you cook in the well-equipped kitchen or throw some steaks on the KUDU grill. The fenced-in yard with comfy patio seating, a fire pit & a speaker system is perfect for hanging out. Workspace to WFH. Pet friendly (with fee)!

CONVENIENCE
We're conveniently located close to family-friendly Mueller where you'll find some restaurants, bars, and coffee shops like Torchy's Taco's, Halcyon, and Veracruz All Natural. Mueller has a great park to run around a lake and a food truck park! There's also an Alamo Drafthouse Cinema (a Texas fav!). From here you can walk to an Austin local favorite - Little Deli Pizzeria (#2 best pizza in Austin by Austin Eater).

A short drive will take you to the North Loop and Hyde Park neighborhoods for even more local flare like Foreign & Domestic (featured on DDD) and Home Slice Pizza (Austin fave!!).

This home is also a popular location for visitors of Dell Children's, only 1.5 miles away.

Hop on the highway which gets you straight to downtown and Rainey street in just 15 minutes.

WORK FROM HOME
High-speed internet and a built-in workstation make it a productive place to work from home.

COMFORT
After a day of exploring Austin, relax in one of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a California King Bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a guest bathroom with shower/tub combo. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

The living room has a smart TV to which you can connect your accounts like Netflix. There is no cable.

The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with plenty of cookware, dishware, dishwasher, toaster, blender and tea kettle. There's even a wine fridge! Plus a washer and dryer in unit.

PET-FRIENDLY
Fenced-in backyard for friendly, well-behaved pets up to date on flea, tick & vaccinations. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet, $30 per pet per day for short stays. For longer stays, $150/week for the first pet and $100/week for each additional pet.

Clean and Quiet

This is a great house in a calm neighborhood, which is difficult to find in Austin. The home is clean and well furnished with lots of space for family. The fenced back yard is room with plenty of seating. Host is spot on with communication, expectations and prompt responses. This is our second stay in this property and is now our "go to" place when visiting Austin.

Everything was great!

We stayed here for a few days with our 2 dogs. The dogs had so much space in the back yard to play. The property was clean and had everything we needed with lots of room for 3 people and 2 dogs. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and was close by to plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. We will definitely be staying here again our next visit ☺️

Everything was very clean and well equipped. We especially were pleased to have the use of a fully appointed kitchen as we cooked daily. One suggestion would be to add a few smaller pots to go with the large one you have currently. Very nice stay for us!

Excellent Stay

The property is just like the photos. The home is well taken care of and very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our sisters trip (6 of us) because of the location and the space for all of us to relax in one room or another. The host was fantastic. Very responsive to our questions and needs. We needed an extra hair dryer and one was delivered the same day as our request. You cannot go wrong with the property or the host. Simply the BEST!

Absolutely loved the property. Everything you might need is close. The location was perfect! The backyard was the perfect size for my family and our fur baby. We really enjoyed our short stay at this lovely house. We stayed 2 days with our pet/dog. Great enclosed back yard with seating, coal bbq. Clean house, great king bed with nice bedding. Kitchen had a great selection of bowls and dishes and a lot of spices, cooking items (cooking spray, oils, sugar, etc). Location is great. We went to Sunday farmers market and walked around. Neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely stay again in the future.

The house was spotless. The bed super comfy. Location was really easy to get to shopping and places to eat. We even walked to a couple good restaurants. A lovely stay with everything you could possibly need or want!

We were in Austin for the week to visit with our family for Christmas and this home was so nice, spacious, clean, comfortable, very well equipped with everything you would need for a perfect stay! I highly recommend the property and would absolutely look to stay there again next time we go to Austin. The Mueller area 3 mins away was a bonus, too. Perfect for dining, shopping, a beautiful park with pond for walking, coffee shops, movie theater, etc! Not all vrbo properties deliver the way this one did. 5 Stars, all the way.
