"Positiv: Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Neutral: Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht mehr dem Standard, den man in Mitteleuropa gewohnt ist. Keine Dusche, Badewanne mit Vorhang und stark verbraucht. An der Sauberkeit im Allgemeinem ist viel Luft nach oben vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist Geschmackssache, täglich Rührei (aus Flüssigei) und Wurstscheiben. Dazu Donuts und Muffins. Negativ: ---"

"Das Zimmer war wirklich in Ordnung, die Betten super! Sehr sauberes Hotel. Kleines Manko - Klima ist extrem laut; deshalb mussten wir sie auslassen & der Typ am Check-in war ok freundlich aber hätte besser sein können. Ansonsten das Frühstück war mega und frisch und der Rest der Mitarbeiter sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden wieder vorbeikommen! Das einzige, ist nicht die allerschönste Gegend also alleine als Frau, bissi schwierig. Aber dafür sehr zentral gelegen, man hat die Straße runter direkt die 6th Street und das Kapitol 10 min. walk!"

"I won’t be coming back. The Front desk was really nice and gave us a new room as we complained. The first room we stayed at was definitely not the cleanest. There were stains throughout the room, the telephone looked like it had not been cleaned in days, and we didn’t even use the hairdryer because it was so disgusting,probably also hasn’t been cleaned properly. The walls clearly need fresh paint, and the bathroom “door” isn’t even a real door. It looks like a closet door that you can’t fully close. The shower also looked and felt very crusty and stained. I honestly felt dirtier after using it. I definitely got some kind of bug bites from the bed. I also noticed that every door in the hallway has a slight gap because they don’t close properly. Most of the equipment in the gym was also out of order. We complained and they gave us a new room, the second room Looked a bit better but the shower was also stained in what we believed in rust. The bathroom door also didn’t closed!"

"In Zimmer 230 habe ich jede Bewegung der Person im Zimmer über mir mitbekommen. Es fühlte sich an, als würde die Decke vibrieren. Gleiches Bild im Fitnessstudio - auch dort konnte ich die Schritte im Zimmer drüber genau verfolgen. Wer seinen Schlaf braucht, sollte entweder auf ein Zimmer im 3. Stock bestehen oder sich ein anderes Hotel suchen. "

"The staff was nice and professional. The rooms are sufficiently equipped. The location was good for people who get around by car only but not so good for people who like to explore the neighborhood/ city on foot. Only slightly negative point was that renovation work started more than an hour before checkout time and the work included painting the walkways. Hence, we needed to walk over freshly painted ways multiple times to load our belongings into our car. But the rest was ok."
