„Very nice and central located hotel in Chongqing. Hotel is on walking distance to subway station and Liberation Monument. Hotel has very friendly staff and good fitness facilities. Unfortunately no one of the reception staff speaks English. It will take some time to communicate with the front desk. The hotel rooms are clean and nice decorated. Washing machines and dryers can be found in the fitness room and are free to use. Hotel can be hard to find as it has reception desk on the highest floor ...

„The room, was gorgeous, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast not so good but they have multiple options to pick from“

„Room is perfectly clean. Staff are excellent. Can use WeChat to communicate with staff on any request. Very helpful. Overall fabulous experience.“

„Nice Hotel The staffs are good, the room is very user family, clean and modern, the breakfast is not bad, but the food can be better, Location is not bad, within 10 minutes walk to the nearby sightseeing points.“

„service is crazy good and they have a 24/7 butler that you can text for anything via wechat. everything is amazing and extremely clean“

„I would suggest staying here for the excellent service. The staff is really nice and are always there to help. The location is always great. It is right across from the Raffles mall with many stores and entertainment. The train station is also directly in front of the property.“

„The location was excellent and we liked that there were laundry facilities. The breakfast is traditional chinese, so if you like a more western style breakfast this hotel might not be for you.“

„Amazing location in the middle of the city and the view was phenomenal. The staff was very kind and let us check in early, gave us a room upgrade and brought us fruits in our hotel room. We had a great stay!“
