„Zimmer waren sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. Wir haben ein kostenfreies Upgrade bekommen. Frühstücksauswahl war top und die kleine aber feine Abendkarte konnte man super auf der Dachterrasse genießen. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist die Hilfsbereitschaft des Frühstückspersonal. Einfach Fragen nach neuem Besteck oder einer weiteren Serviette wurde genervt entgegengenommen und man sollte sich doch selbst darum kümmern. "Amazing hotel in a fantastic location, right next to the Planai gondola and just a one-minute walk from Schladming city centre. The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and kind, especially the restaurant team. The buffet dinner was surprisingly good and consistently high quality. There’s also a clean, well-kept garage with direct elevator access to the hotel, a nice terrace and spa area, and a large SPAR supermarket just behind the hotel. The only downside during hot summer days is the lack of air conditioning. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!"
