„Food was not at all at par with its 5 star rating. Concierge was not helpful at all. We were scammed by a taxi driver just bec concierge didnt help. Nothing memorable at all in this hotel. I paid for 3 people’s accommodation but received only 2 in all amenities in the room esp towels mugs slippers etc. everything needed to be requested“

Japanisches Restaurant !schlecht! Rauche Lounge für Raucher ein Paradies. “

„The Manager Not only spoke excellent English but He Personally ensured that my friends and I were very comfortable and had everything that we needed. He honoured even personal requests. Breakfast is the same everyday but it’s delicious. The place is quiet and very neat.“
