„Wir waren im Hotel Arista bevor es wieder an den Flughafen in Chicago ging. Ideale Adresse für noch ein wenig Outletshopping vor der Rückreise.“

„Great place to stay“

„The Rooms are very clean and very comfortble. However I was shocked that the deshes and cutlery was made of plastic in the breakfast room. Also there was a fridge and a microwave in the room (which is very comfortable), but no dishes… Teh breakfast was not very nice.“

„Super friendly staff and comfortable room.“

„Stayed for three nights. Easy check-in/out. Enough parking (free!), good WiFi, nice rooms (clean, big!). Good workspace (big desk, comfy chair). I was there for a business trip and the hotel was perfect for that purpose. “

„The rooms were clean and looked like they had been renovated. Very good value for the price. Breakfast was okay.“

„Das Bad war bereits bei der Anreise nicht gründlich gereinigt. Nasse Handtücher lagen am Boden. Die Heizung im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Die Klimaanlage macht einen schrecklichen Lärm. Zimmer wurde während des gesamten Aufenthaltes (4 Nächte) nicht gereinigt.“

„We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. But the breakfast could be healthier for example whole weat bread or yoghurt without suggar. We would have liked it better if the cutlery, cups and the dishes wouldn‘t be out of plastic or paper.“

„Sauber und aufgeräumt, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück, kleies Indoorpool, gut gelegen. WLAN super. “

„Nice people“

„Nice, comfortable bed, clean, super staff at reception!“

„I did not like that my ro room did not have a television and I was never offered to change rooms with the television. I was basically told oh they didn’t tell you a check-in. I also did not like the fact that my room was not cleaned today. I was there. They said my room was not on the list for that day. Something else I was not told now I understand that if it’s an extended stay, I know they don’t clean the rooms every day but again I was not told that my room would not be cleaned on the Sunday ...
