„We can hardly put it into words how great this vacation was. With a group of 13 people we were there for 10 nights. The salt pool, which was cleaned every day, was an oasis of relaxation. A bar right next to the pool was ideal to mix our homemade cocktails and we could enjoy them right by the pool (big fridge!!) Entertainment is provided with a giant golf course, soccer field, a pizza oven that was actually turned on for us by the house keeper so we could make pizza. 8 km away is the beach which ...

„I cannot say enough good things should the property and the host. This was a family holiday and there were 10 adults and 2 young children. The house was so big that we all fit very comfortably with room to spare. The pool was the highlight of our stay - it was even better than pictured. House is very well equipped with two great kitchens and everything needed to feel like home away from home. We had an amazing time. I would recommend a car of you are staying.“

„This place is close enough to town to get what you need, but far enough from town to make you feel you have the Italian countryside all to yourself. You may even pass sheep and horses on your way to the property. The owners were readily available and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay, and would choose this place again. Note: the hot tub is only available May-September. “

„We (2 families with 3 and 2 children) spent a wonderful week in Santa Marinella. Many thanx to our host Monica, who gave as a warm welcome and useful tips for our stay. Pool and tennis court are great and our children had a great time using them excessively ;-). Twice we visited Rom by train, which was easy and comfortable. Dishwasher is working and the house has wonderful clean rooms. Perfect week!“
