„We stayed here as it looked like a quiet spot out of the way. There were lots of dining options around Wooster and it's close to the highway. Didn't bring bathing suits but the pool looked nice. It wasn't loud here and the room was comfy. The bathroom needed a bit of updating - the toilet paper holder was pulling out of the wall and the curved shower rod meant the curtain didn't stay inside the skinny tub very easily which made a mess. “

„1st impression when we arrived for check-in was the area didn't look real safe. Alot of suspicious acting people was hanging around outside. Hotel staff was very friendly, our room was as clean as it could be no complaints there. 1st night there is got bit by a bedbug but wasn't aware that's what bit me until the 2nd night where I got bit atleast 6 more times and I actually seen them and killed 3,it wasn't until after midnight so there wasn't and reason to switch rooms for a few hours,told hotel ...

„Im Zimmer wurde vorher geraucht, obwohl es ein Nichtraucherzimmer war und auch als solches gekennzeichnet war. Das Zimmermädchen hatte vergessen das Zimmer zu reinigen bzw. Betten zu machen. Es wurde auf Grund der Reklamation abends noch das Bett gemacht und die Mülleimer entleert. Bad wurde nicht immer mitgereinigt, sondern nur Betten gemacht und ggf. Handtücher gewechselt. Der Föhn war defekt und wurde innerhalb 4 Tagen nicht ausgetauscht. W-Lan hat im Zimmer nur bedingt funktioniert.“

„We had a party to attend so we arrived early to see if we could check in. !st thing is nobody was manning the desk there was a sign to call a number which rang the phone at the desk, somebody responded rather quickly after some explanation he agreed to check us in, we didn't want to use the room just get checked in and put our bags in the room. „Nice hotel with nice staff. Breakfast were good to very good. Having luggage cards easily available was a plus. The room was large uncomfortable. The mattress was not so great but not terrible. The sink drain was extremely slow to stop up and took two days Until maintenance responded, but once they were there, it worked very well again. „Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit zwei großen Betten. Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch. Wir nutzen unsere eigenen Tassen, weil uns der Kaffee aus Pappbechern/ Styropor nicht schmeckt und außerdem um Müll zu vermeiden. In unmittelbarer Nähe gab es Restaurants. Bemerkenswert war die Möglichkeit am Hotel ein Elektroauto aufzuladen. Ein wenig laut war es um das Hotel wegen großer Straßen. “

„The home was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. It was very convenient to the wedding venue we were in town for. We took a half day to Berlin and Sugarcreek for shopping and half day to Cleveland to see Lake Erie. Fabulous stay, very convenient to deveral great things. We did cover up a couple of windows that had no coverings. I would stay again.“
