Overall the apartment was lovely. But I did not get the bedding/beds I paid for and what was advertised. I booked for 1 queen bed and 1 double bed. But what we got was 1 queen bed and a single floor mattress that we had to bring out and make up every night and then put it away every morning so we had room to move around the apartment. When I called Zodiac when we checked in, I asked where the double bed was, they said there is only a single floor mattress. I said that is not what I paid for. The girl on phone just was silent and said nothing not even an apology. Zodiac have not even gotten back to me with a formal apology, nor have they offered some sort of compensation for there or Wotif’s stuff up. So very disappointed, it really put a dampener on our holiday and I will not be using Zodiac property management again.
