The Space:
Welcome to your central two-bedroom apartment by Zodiak Stays, perfectly positioned in the heart of Auckland just steps from the iconic Sky Tower. With unbeatable walkability, premium on-site facilities including a swimming pool and gym, and everything you need for a comfortable city stay, this is the ideal base for business trips, weekend escapes, or longer stays.
Living/Dining Area
You'll find a double sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning, and access to a private balcony with city views and a partial view of the ocean. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs.
*Please note that the furniture pictured differs slightly from what's currently inside the apartment (there is no coffee table and there is no kitchen bench stools)
Kitchen
Fully equipped, complete with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essential utensils for cooking.
Bedrooms
Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds with fresh linen and plenty of closet space. One bedroom also offers direct access to the bathroom.
Bathroom
The bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with a washing machine and dryer which are free for your use.

Getting Around:
There is the SkyBus to and from the Airport, or via taxi. Britomart bus and train station (10 minutes walking)/ Wynyard Wharf Ferry Terminal and Downtown Pier 4 (10 minutes walking). You can also use the Lime Scooters to get around the city, as well as Uber (or Zoomy – NZ’s version of Uber).

Monthly Stays: We have a 20% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Key Pick-Up: The key pickup location is from a secure lockbox located at Oneciti Air (35 Hobson St), Auckland CBD, 1010. This is a different location from the apartment building. This is a 4 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the apartment. They provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.
Parking: No on-site parking. Paid public parking is available nearby, including Wilson Parking buildings on Victoria Street and Federal Street.
Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the apartment but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf.
Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please just send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (4x shampoo, 4x bodywash, 6x tea/coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
The apartment that this building is in has a strict no smoking policy, which includes the balconies. Breaches of this may result in a fine from the building.
