One bedroom and bathroom are located downstairs and are accessed externally via steps. Bedroom heaters, a heat pump and woodburner provide comfort throughout the year, making Palm Grove a welcoming retreat for both guests and their furry companions, with well-behaved dogs welcome to enjoy the Waiheke escape too.

Karaka trees are on the property. Their berries may be toxic to dogs and small children, so supervision is recommended, especially during fruiting season.

The driveway is steep and best accessed by 4WD. On-street parking is available at the top of the driveway.

The property has unfenced access to a small creek. Young children should be closely supervised around the water.

The property is pet-friendly but not fully fenced, with an unfenced creek nearby. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and should be supervised outside or secured on the deck, which can be closed off.
