Welcome to our spacious and fully-equipped 2-bedroom home, located on the second floor of a quiet and well-maintained property in Albany/Rosedale. Whether you’re visiting Auckland’s vibrant North Shore for business, a family trip, or simply to explore the area, our home provides a peaceful retreat with all the comforts you need. The unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with options for up to 6 using a sofa bed and floor mat, ensuring everyone has a cozy space to relax.

This unit offers complete privacy with your own entrance and no shared living spaces. Inside, the living area features air conditioning, while the bedrooms are equipped with fans, electric heaters, and an HRV ventilation system to keep you comfortable year-round. The fully-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy with a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and rice steamer, along with all the utensils you need. Two private bathrooms with showers and an in-unit washing machine add convenience to your stay.

For entertainment, enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart HD TV with access to Netflix and cable channels. Families are welcome, with amenities like a baby high chair available upon request and extra bedding for additional guests. The shared outdoor deck and backyard provide a lovely spot to unwind.

On-site parking is available with two designated spaces inside the property for guests. If both spaces are occupied, additional parking is available on the street directly outside. The property is located on a quiet, dead-end residential street with plenty of parking spaces available during the day.

A shared dryer is available for all guests and is located in the front yard under the covered sunshade area. If you wish to use the dryer, please bring your washed items to the front yard. As this is a shared facility, we kindly ask that you be considerate of other guests and collect your laundry promptly once the cycle has finished so others may use it. For everyone’s comfort, the dryer may only be used between 7:00am and 9:00pm.

We now have a baby cot (95cm length) and a child’s desk with chair available upon request. Perfect for families traveling with young children — the baby cot provides a cozy sleeping space, and the desk set is great for reading, drawing, or study time. High chair is available on request.

Guests can enjoy nearby premium spa, sauna, and pool facilities conveniently located just across the road on Rosedale Road. Tucked behind the nearby restaurants, entry is at the under-covered carpark. this wellness centre offers a perfect way to unwind during your stay. Entry is approximately $20 per visit — a great value for a relaxing experience right at your doorstep.

Located in the heart of Albany/Rosedale, this home is within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and Rosedale parks. Major shopping centers, Massey University, and supermarkets are just minutes away, with Asian restaurants and the National Hockey Stadium less than a 5-minute drive. Public transportation is also easily accessible, with a bus stop nearby for your convenience.

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:30 am and refrain from hosting parties or events. Before checking out, we appreciate your help in tidying up, including cleaning dishes and disposing of rubbish.
